Teen Intern Program


The Angels for Allison Teen Intern Program is the perfect way for high school students to earn community service hours to fulfill scholarship and school requirements while using their talents to help families in need in our community.

Angels for Allison’s mission is to help with the financial needs of families who are suffering with the loss of a child. Since our beginning in December of 2010, we have been able to come to the aid of more than 400 Northeast Florida families.

The 2019/2020 Teen Intern Program runs from June 18, 2019 to May 10, 2020 and requires a minimum of 75 volunteer hours. Interns will complete roughly 60 hours in the summer and 15 hours during the school year via one of the following options:

Angels for Allison Special Events Support

  • assists in promoting events and sales throughout the year via social media and marketing

  • provides help with our Festival of Flight fundraiser

  • works in the Angels for Allison retail store assisting with sales and/or inventory management

  • assists with day to day office needs


Angels for Allison Painter:

  • requires artist skills (candidate must provide work samples)

  • will be responsible for reproducing prints as well as producing original art on metal angels for purpose of generating income to fulfill Angel’s for Allison’s mission

  • facilitates “paint parties” for groups that come to the studio to paint angels for purposes of income generation to fulfill Angels for Allison’s mission (some evening hours required)

  • provides help with our Festival of Flight fundraiser


Please note:  This is an unpaid position. Volunteers must be able to complete 75 hours at the Angels for Allison Studio located at 4155 Oxford Avenue.
